Lead global R&D and IPR organizations of up to 500 people in Europe (Finland, France, Germany, UK, Switzerland), North America (USA, Canada), Asia (China, Japan and India) and Africa. As the global Head of Nokia Research Center and CTO of Nokia Technologies built and managed an industry leading patent portfolio in mobile technologies as a foundation to a billion-euro patent and technology licensing business. Co-founder of Quuppa, a rapidly growing company and a leader in real-time location systems. Board member, keynote speaker and active contributor in the Finnish innovation community.
