Brook is a co-founder and CEO of Orennia where he works with operators, investors and business leaders in the renewables, decarbonization and energy transition sectors as they transform their strategies to leverage advanced analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence.

Prior to Orennia he was managing director with RS Energy Group (now Enverus). He joined RS Energy Group in 2010 after four years at an engineering consulting firm focused on renewable technologies. Brook managed dozens of advisory projects for private equity and corporate clients, incorporated the use of alternative data sources in investment analysis, helped executives manage digital transformation and, more recently, focused on how to utilize greenhouse gas data to differentiate performance by oil and gas producers.

On weekends he spends his time chasing after his three young boys. Brook graduated from the University of Calgary in 2006 with a degree in mechanical engineering. He obtained his professional engineering designation in 2011 and CFA charter in 2014.
