Having worked for a decade in the legal profession in Morgan Stanley and Gazprom UK, I created ClauseMatch to address challenges that I experienced myself in working on trading contracts and implementing regulatory changes brought by Dodd-Frank and MiFID. As a member of the Technology Committee in Morgan Stanley, I saw the inadequacy of existing legacy and incumbent solutions on offer for compliance and legal departments.

Today ClauseMatch is a market leader in the new generation policy management and compliance software with multiple awards in the finance and insurance sectors.
