Currently working on re-imagining business banking for SMEs in India through Open- India's first Neo-banking platform for SMEs. Previously, founder of India's first bio-metric payment startup Touch2pay, Contactless payment startups Cashnxt, NFC based payment platform Neartivity Wireless, and developer focussed payment gateway Zwitch. Presently founder of Asia's first neo-banking startup Open (www.bankopen.co)

Achievements include leading the mobile payment startups Neartivity Wireless & Cashnxt to become the ‘Top 75 startups in India to bet on' by Dare Magazine (2010 ) and 'Top 10 Product Technology startups in India' at Headstart 2009. Played a major role in establishing the Cashnxt brand as leading mobile payment solution which was covered by major international and national media like Newyork Times, Readwriteweb and Economic Times. Further Cashnxt was also covered by leading research firm – KPMG report on “Emerging Trends in Banking “ which is presented at the Economic Times – Banking Technology conclave in Mumbai. Experienced in Business development & strategic alliances. More recently, conferred the 'Top 20 Women in Fintech Award' at Fintegrate 2019.

My key strengths are in Products, Business Development, strategic Alliances and Marketing. I was instrumental in conceptualizing & launching innovative products like - Cashnxt (First contactless payment platform in India), Vizflo - (NFC radio frequency payment platform for non NFC phones for Neartivity) and apartmentgroups.in (an end-to-end social networking platform for apartment communities which is available on web and smart phone platforms)

I am passionate about start-ups & entrepreneurship and was one of the jury panel for The Economic Times - Power of Ideas initiative 2010 held in alliance with IIM Ahmedabad.
