I am currently working as the Co-founder and Head of Product at Up Strategy Lab & MuchSkills & NuLink Technologies in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Up Strategy Lab is a design-driven and customer-centric business laboratory that helps mid-sized companies scale up and digitise.

MuchSkills is a digital product and software that allows individuals and teams to be able to visualise their skills and skill sets in order to better allocate projects to teams and individuals to increase employee and team engagement.

We also invest in people and organisations that are trying to create a positive impact in the world. One of our first investments was in an electric cargo bike company called Velove (www.velove.se) that is shaping how delivery of goods happens within dense city centres and limited space.

My expertise and role spans across digital product development for complex IoT (Internet of Things) platforms to designing Human Machine Interactions for Autonomous Vehicles. My background in Interaction Design from the MIT Design Lab at Cambridge USA, gives me the necessary knowledge and expertise to merge technology with design usability and aesthetic.

The biggest challenge for me now is being able to consistently grow Up Strategy Lab into a company that continues to represent people and projects that identify themselves as women, persons of colour, and/or LGBTQ.
