Novicap is a European Fintech focused on providing end-to-end working capital solutions to SMEs, mid-market corporates, and public administrations. In 2019 and 2020 Novicap was recognised in the Receivables Finance International Awards (RFIx) organised by BCR Publishing by winning the SME Finance Provider of the Year (2019 and 2022) and the Alternative Finance Platform of the year (2020). Novicap has been also featured in the FT1000, the prestigious list of the 1000 fastest-growing European companies, made by the Financial Times and Statista, for three consecutive years (2020, 2021, 2022).

I joined Novicap in early 2021 to help build the end-to-end working capital platform for SMEs, mid-market corporates and public administrations. Through our proprietary technology platform, we provide Credit products (factoring, supply chain financing, and other short duration loans) which are funded by third-party investors (pension funds, asset managers, banks). We also provide SaaS products to help customers optimize their working capital position.

Experienced finance professional with over a decade spent investing in both debt and equity of companies going through significant transformations (growth, M&A, regulation, turnaround or distressed). My last role before Novicap was Director at The Carlyle Group, helping to develop the Credit Opportunities mandate in Europe - which I remain an advisor to.
