I am fortunate to have worked for some of the world’s most creative and innovative technology companies. I have led teams at large corporations such as TI, Avago (Broadcom), and Analog Devices and built teams within startups like XMOS and CoWare. This has enabled me to build a large and diverse network which continues to help shape my thoughts and opinions.

Throughout my career I have developed a belief that technology and innovation within a company only matters when it solves unique customer challenges. I have a proven track record of building high performance teams and delivering exceptional results. I have extensive experience with acquisitions and integration and now spend time investing in and advising early-stage companies.

I am excited to join Niobium Microsystems as president and CEO. Niobium develops high performance semiconductors to enable the secure collection, processing, and distribution of critical data. We are the seventh spinout of Galois a prominent R&D firm that focuses on trustworthiness within critical systems. Niobium offers the world’s fastest complete fully homomorphic encryption (FHE) accelerator through the company’s dedicated SoC. The majority of this development has been funded through the DARPA DPRIVE contract and we are now in the process of finalizing our seed round to accelerate commercialization activity of our FHE solution.
