My journey into medicine was deeply influenced by personal experience. The loss of my mother to breast cancer propelled me into medicine with a determination to make a difference.

I am proud to be the Founder of Nest Health, the first value-based care company dedicated to caring for families, as a unit at home and virtually to address the abysmal outcomes faced by parents and children in the United States.

Throughout my career, whether as the Founder of Nest, Secretary of Health, or CEO of LSU Healthcare services, I have spearheaded initiatives to enhance access to care, promote health equity, and optimize health outcomes.
