We are a science-based ingredient company leader in the use of Molecular Farming technology for food.

Our mission is to create unique food ingredients by engineering plants with animal protein genes. Our purpose is to redefine the way we produce animal-based food, for good and for all.

Our technological approach aims to have the cost structure of plant-based solutions with the organoleptic properties and functionality of animal-based ones.

Moolec’s technology has been under development for more than a decade and is known for pioneering the production of a bovine protein in a crop for the food industry.

The Company’s product portfolio and pipeline leverages the agronomic efficiency of broadly used target crops, like soybean, pea, and safflower.

Recently, we acquired plant-based ingredient capabilities to consolidate Molecular Farming Technology. We also have a growing international patent portfolio (25, both granted and pending) for our technology.

We are a diverse team of Ph.Ds and Food Insiders with operations in the United States, Europe, and South America.

I am passionate about innovation. I started my professional career working in Advertising, Marketing and Strategic Communications where I won major awards, including Cannes Lions. Entrepreneurship is one of my drives, leading me to co-found a company (Dotspin) with my best friend. For the last 10 years I have been a Board Member for Paladini Group -my family’s company and one of the largest meat producers in Latam- where I am committed to promoting innovation as a fundamental company value. Fully aware of the challenges that the food system needs to face and based on my knowledge and experience in the traditional meat industry, I began to explore the alternative protein landscape. I am currently CEO and Co-Founder of Moolec Science, the first hybrid concept between plant & cell-based using Molecular Farming technology for the future of foods.
