We are a Physical AI company building software-defined robotic systems and AI-driven information intelligence platforms that connect vessels, sensing, autonomy, and command into a single operational system designed to run continuously in real maritime conditions.

We are developing an AI-managed platform for autonomous boats, combining advanced robotics and intelligence to create a low-impact, sustainable, and effortless way to explore the ocean making it more accessible than ever.

I build complex systems.

My work sits at the intersection of engineering, autonomy and strategic technologies — domains where technological capability and long time horizons matter more than narrative speed.

Today I am Co-Founder & CEO of Mirai Robotics, where we develop autonomous systems and information intelligence.
Mirai builds the operating layer that integrates AI, sensing, software and autonomous vessels into mission-grade systems for persistent maritime operations.

In parallel I founded Ganymedes Holding, a technology and investment platform focused on aerospace, autonomy and advanced technologies.
The vision: engineering complex futures where deep technical capability and long time horizons are required.

Earlier in my career I founded Blackshape Aircraft, where I led the design, engineering and certification of a new composite aeroplane. The programme progressed from first sketches to maiden flight in eight months, with full certification achieved eighteen months later.
Over almost fifteen years, Blackshape grew into an international aircraft manufacturer. Its aircraft were delivered in 20+ countries across five continents, becoming a recognised platform for pilot training and recreational aviation, often described as the “Ferrari of the skies.”

I studied aerospace engineering in Italy (Politecnico di Torino) and Switzerland (EPFL), and later specialised in international law at Paris-Sud.
I am also a pilot and classical pianist.

In the end, systems either work or they don’t.
