Thanks to our solution based on a wearable patch capable of real time measurements of molecular biomarkers, patients can do their own auto-surveillance through a smartphone app. They are also in direct connection with their doctors through a remote patient monitoring platform. This allows to quickly treat urgent situations and ensure a long-term followup.
