I’m doing this using the unique perspective and experience gained serving as a Royal Marine Commando where I learned the secrets of sustaining high-performing teams and organisations.

I have used this knowledge to inform my work as an elite performance coach for organisations including Gymshark, Facebook, Manchester United, and the England Football Team. I have spoken about this mindset at length in my book, Commando Mindset and it is at the core of my latest project – Loopin. I have also been interviewed by business sensation Steven Bartlett, on the diary of a CEO, and delivered to Simon Sinek’s ignite academy during the Covid-19 pandemic.

At Loopin, we’re combining world-first AI technology with the emotional intelligence honed in the Marines to help big employers and people-first managers better understand and support their employees, applaud their hard work, predict and prevent burnout and invest in their own leadership development.
