I believe in a world without borders and feel like a citizen of the world. I speak 6 languages and have lived in several countries throughout my life. Having been an expat for the largest part of the last 10 years, I have a good understanding of how it feels to move and work in a different country, building relationships – both at work and in personal life.
As an expat, you want to focus on your job and making your new place of work a home. And the company should take care of all organizational issues. Some companies take care of their international team members well, others do not even consider bringing in talent from abroad. Which is a shame. Because the more international you think, the larger your pool of talent becomes.

And would you, as a company, not want the best talent? This is what my company, Localyze, is all about.

We believe that international mobility can be beneficial for all. Companies can combat the shortage of skilled workforce; individuals have a chance to improve their economic situation and grow personally and society can be positively impacted through increased diversity.

Having the expat experience, I see myself as a bridge builder, as a translator, where I take my know-how from 10 years of living and working abroad and translate this know-how into a digital solution. Localyze simplifies the management of international teams by providing a comprehensive platform that automates processes and contains all relevant information and documents in one place.
