I was born in Mexico City and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico. I majored in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering and minored in Math at UC Berkeley before dropping out to pursue LatchBio.

I am very interested in biology, data engineering, machine learning, developer tools, and the intersection of the four.

Software and data are revolutionizing our understanding and interactions with biology. I am building tools to help push the forefront of the biocomputing revolution.
