Everyone has a different goal in life. Mine is to replace a specific foundation of society that I believe is out of date with a new approach more suitable to today’s way of living.

Since my early age, I see entrepreneurial opportunities almost everywhere. This motivated me to start different businesses. When applying to universities, I wanted to add rationality to my entrepreneurial mindset and therefore I chose law school to become a lawyer.

As a lawyer I had the chance the acquire exceptional analytical skills, outstanding communication skills and a lot of independence. However, I rapidly understood that practicing law was too restrictive for me.

Based on these experiences, I realised that I needed more than just having a good life in a safe society. I want to make better use of my ideas and skills to help people develop their own projects. Indeed, access to entrepreneurship is one of the most important foundations of modern society and it should be available to anybody with an idea, a reasonable plan and a revenue model.

Apart from that, I am a true believer in mediation. Why? First of all, I think that parties in a conflict should understand the real issues behind the conflict before solving it. In this continuity, mediation leaves the parties in control and offers them a bespoke solution to solve their dispute. Finally, the success behind mediation is more than the end-solution in itself, it is the mediator’s ability to find the limits of each party and help the parties reach their own limits in a reasonable way.
