My mission is to help drive transformational change and real-world impact through data. My professional journey has taken me along several paths toward fulfilling this mission, including working at leading companies such as Accenture, Intricity, Perficient, Informatica, and currently, UNCO Solutions.

I currently serve as Vice President of Data Management at UNCO Solutions. In addition, I lead product management for AWS-based software products and have delivered connector solutions for Informatica, Snowflake, and Anaplan. I am responsible for defining frameworks and strategies to cost-effectively migrate from legacy data integration and data warehouse platforms to modern cloud platforms.

Prior to this role, I worked at Informatica, a global leader in enterprise cloud data management, where I closed over $250,000 in net new business by the end of Q4 2015 and developed an $800,000 sales pipeline for Q1 2016. I led demand generation and provided outside sales support targeting Fortune 1000 customers, net-new accounts, and existing Informatica clients.

Before Informatica, I was Director of Data Management at Perficient, where I led more than 10 major RFP engagements and provided pre-sales support for key accounts. I doubled the team headcount within three months and led delivery of a major U.S. Bank project with a team of eight or more resources.

I am deeply passionate about providing leadership and expertise in methodology and analytical techniques, with a strong focus on product innovation, sales enablement, ROI, and continuous improvement to optimize research approaches and ensure data relevance and integrity.
