The machining divisions of JJG in Bangalore manufacture precision machined components with in-house special processes, using a variety of conventional and CNC machines for the aerospace and auto components/industrial segments. Our business units are:

1. JJG Aero has 3 facilities occupying 60,000 Sqft in Bangalore, with ~100 high-end 2 to 5 axis machines, and 30 NADCAP approved special processes at its subsidiary JJG Special Processing (formerly Amitronics).


The company serves marquee clients like Boeing, Collins, GE and Safran, amongst others, and makes over 1600 unique part #s, and another 800 are in various stages of development and approvals. We are rapidly expanding our capabilities and capacity including setup a large greenfield Unit 4 in Bangalore after having raised external Pvt Equity investment. By fostering a culture of operational excellence and team building, the company is implementing advanced manufacturing techniques and lean processes, leading to substantial productivity gains.

2. Our subsidiary JJG Machining serves the auto components and industrial sectors with turned parts and few 3-4 axis milling parts. We well understand manufacturing practices like PPAP & FMEA with zero defect mindset
