Jose is focused on the digitization of the built environment.

He is the Managing Director of Integrated Projects (IP), a self-funded spatial intelligence company founded in 2018.

IP combines 3D scanning, 3D modeling, and data science to solve for the most fundamental challenges around the ownership, design, and operations of buildings: *bad building information*.

To date, Jose builds and manages the “Layer 1” infrastructure responsible for the accurate digitization of 20+ million square feet of all building types across six continents—empowering enterprise organizations to accurately visualize, verify, and quantify their real estate portfolios.
