I am a bioengineer and medical doctor dedicated to advancing procedural innovation at the intersection of medicine, engineering, and entrepreneurship. My work focuses on developing technologies that enhance precision, improve outcomes, and transform the way clinicians deliver care.

As the co-founder of Illuminant Surgical, I lead a team building precision access and visualization technologies designed to elevate standards in all operating and procedural settings. Our flagship product, Skylight, is a multi-indication platform that guides procedures in spine surgery, pain management, and cancer detection and treatment, enabling safer interventions and more confident decision-making.

At Illuminant, I serve as principal investigator on multiple federally funded research grants, directing research in translating advances in computer vision and graphics into tangible medical devices. This dual perspective—as both physician and engineer—allows me to design and implement solutions that are cutting-edge while grounded in real clinical needs.
