I am an experienced leader in the application of HR technologies. I began my L&D professional life as a trainer at EE , before Co founding Huler to build solutions encompassing learning strategy, innovation, technology & multimedia learning content. I lead the development and delivery of global work technology solutions for some of the worlds most forward thinking brands, through an award-winning team of 50+ brilliant people. I invest my time generously in each and every project, I guess some would say “walking the walk, as well as talking the talk”. My experience from grass-roots in the world of L&D and being grounded in reality has gifted me an ability to think abstractly but find practical application.


Those who know me, know I don’t like to brag, but I'm equally humbled and proud to be a winner of several awards for people development strategy, innovation, and learning content and was recently named in Tech Nation’s Top 10 inspiring women powering tech.

I continue to investigate, to explore and communicate insights and facilitate change in the industry. Sharing my thoughts and opinions on how to make a difference inside the future of work and HR tech industry, I'm a speaker at conferences, webinars and have been a guest on many podcasts. After over 15 years of pushing the boundaries I have a strong understanding of what works and the changes that we must we brave enough as leaders to make happen.
