Generative Engineering is a deep-tech startup with a unique platform that generates, tests, and simulates thousands of different engineering designs, all within a fraction of the time these processes take today.

This parallel engineering will radically decrease product development time, enabling innovative designs for all real-world products.

Our platform works throughout the engineering process, from designing individual parts to developing complex systems, across concept engineering to systems integration and cost engineering. When thousands of designs can be generated and tested in parallel, engineering teams can make better and more informed decisions.

In addition, we have built a powerful code-first integration framework that allows engineers to plug in existing tools and use them alongside out-of-the-box integrations. All this means that engineers can become drastically more efficient while maximising every investment in their existing software tools.

I've hand-built 2 Unicorns in a row, plus created LinkedIn's top UK Startup of 2020, which in 2021 turned into the UK's biggest company listing in history (ARVL on Nasdaq, $13.6 Billion. UPDATE: now beaten by ARM's IPO in Sept 2023).

"You (Joe Griston) have changed the understanding of recruitment, HR and organisational structure to create one of the world's leading tech companies", Bill Gates, March 2014.

I source, architect, scale, and manage world-class teams for sustainable tech companies that disrupt the planet. Plus, I build value and commercial product success.

Part of a group that bootstrapped a startup from $0 - $1bn IPO < 4 years to create the world's largest services marketplace, Freelancer.com, 70 million users, $800m Gross Payment Volume. A product designed to provide work opportunities to everyone everywhere.

Then built (what will eventually be) the future of manufacturing with Arrival. A technology company testing this manufacturing tech by creating smart and electric vehicles from scratch. Personally re-engineered recruitment, talent, HR & people operations, scaling to 2000 high-quality engaged employees globally, resulting in LinkedIn's No 1 startup and leading to listing Arrival on Nasdaq @$13.6 Billion in March 2021, ARVL NASDAQ. The UK's largest public listing in history at that time.

Now taking EQT-backed Generative Engineering to market. Ensuring the world can build the physical products it needs whilst reducing the substantial capex and time of general engineering.

I'm a Computer Science graduate specialising in revenue, people, and operational management at scale. With a proven track record in scaling hyper-growth businesses across borders.

Albatross, a completely random word. If you're wanting to work at one of our companies or selling a service to me please use this word in your introduction, as many claim attention to detail however very few will read this far.
