Then built (what will eventually be) the future of manufacturing with Arrival. A technology company testing this manufacturing tech by creating smart and electric vehicles from scratch. Personally re-engineered recruitment, talent, HR & people operations, scaling to 2000 high-quality engaged employees globally, resulting in LinkedIn's No 1 startup and leading to listing Arrival on Nasdaq @$13.6 Billion in March 2021, ARVL NASDAQ. The UK's largest public listing in history at that time.

Now taking EQT-backed Generative Engineering to market. Ensuring the world can build the physical products it needs whilst reducing the substantial capex and time of general engineering.
