Michael’s business expertise and personal interest in innovative technologies lead him to found EnvisionVR in 2019. He noticed that there was a gap in the market with buyers feeling uncertain about the final product. This uncertainty meant some buyers avoided purchasing off the plan altogether, or for those that chose to go down that route they found the process stressful. He felt that the traditional methods of conveying a design, such as 2D floorplans and photo renders were a good start, but they weren't enough. This is where the EnvisionVR platform was born. The platform is built to showcase and sell off the plan properties. It uses the best in virtual reality and augmented technology to allow buyers to explore properties in 1:1 scale from any location. Sales agents have the choice to sell face to face or remotely, expanding their buyers pool significantly, particularly to interstate and foreign buyers.

Envision VR remains at the leading edge of virtual reality technology working with a range of off-the-plan developers and builders. Michael has a focus on creating a platform that is accessible, easy to use, and increases leads and conversions for his clients.

Michael has a strong background in the construction industry. He has been the managing director of Enfrex Metalworks since 2015, during this time expanding the company to be the market leader in substation fit-outs and construction works. Enfrex Metalworks has completed over 500 projects across NSW since 2015.

Building on his background in construction management, Michael has also project managed and developed a 3 level industrial complex with 17 units and 4000sqm of warehousing in Mt Kuringai.
