At ESR, we're setting out to solve the labor problem for the outdoor maintenance industry. Large portions of the industry consists of jobs that are fundamentally left unfilled and undone, regardless of unemployment rates. If by some chance they are filled, it is with a continuously churning workforce.
We believe the way forward for all such work is to automate away the mundane, physical aspects and focus on the cognitively demanding tasks. Our brains and our creativity are what make us valuable, the mundane can be handled with machines. In doing so, we get the best of both worlds.
