Andrew Leone is the CEO of Dispatch, where he leads a high-performance team in innovating last mile logistics by giving established business a more modern way to compete. His clients include Sherwin Williams, Johnstone Supply, ABC Supply, City Electric Supply, Graybar, HD Supply, Ferguson, and others.

Guided by his commitment to creating a consistent culture and healthy teams through aligned values – even when approaches differ – Andrew and Dispatch have been the recipients of several honors including:

Prior to Dispatch, Andrew co-founded and grew several eight figure businesses in a wide variety of industries including distribution, commercial and residential real estate, graphic design, and window washing. Regardless of the industry, Andrew’s positions as a C-suite executive have all been characterized by:

• Leveraging technology in an antiquated space
• Raising significant capital outside of Silicon Valley
• Scaling organizations – regardless of industry

Andrew received his B.A. in Economics/Finance from Bethel University.

When he’s not busy building aligned teams, Andrew spends time baiting fishing hooks for his wife and their kids; getting his hands dirty cranking wrenches on cool cars, playing the latest video games, reading fantasy fiction, and exploring new technology.
