She has conducted business planning and marketing training, as well as strategy and sales pitching, and has supported social entrepreneurship activities across multiple countries, including Kuwait, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, and the Emirates.
Hadeer has actively participated in many entrepreneurial programs as a judge, mentor, and lecturer, including Enpact, TIEC, GESR, MIT Ban Arab, Seed Stars, and She Entrepreneur. Her expertise in social entrepreneurship has led her to found Freeziana.com, a company aimed at empowering women and marginalized craftspeople to generate independent income by selling their handmade products through a website and mobile application.

Freeziana established in 2017. The company provides a comprehensive ecosystem for the creative industries sector, specializing in handicrafts. The company's services range from design assistance and product development to marketing and personal skills development related to business and brand building.
