With over 25 years of experience in the education sector, I am a passionate and visionary leader who strives to create transformative change in urban areas by addressing socioeconomic disparities, supporting youth, and disrupting the school-to-prison pipeline. I have deep expertise in developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance student engagement and academic achievement. I am currently the president of the Concentric Education Foundation, a 5013c organization that partners with schools, communities, and stakeholders to provide wrap-around services and programs that empower students and families.

I am also the founder of Concentric Educational Solutions, an education company that has been serving school districts and schools across the country since 2010. I pioneered "Concentricity," a theory of change that utilizes a holistic approach to education reform, focusing on the social, emotional, and academic needs of students and educators. Through my company, I have delivered student-centric approaches to hundreds of schools and thousands of educators, helping them achieve remarkable improvements in student outcomes and school culture. I am the podcast host of One Door at a Time, an open real-world dialogue featuring an array of special guests from around the world who provide insightful and unique perspectives on community issues and the urban education landscape.
