Starting out as a new hire college engineer at Netscape coming out of MIT's Graphics Group, I built on that experience by joining Tellme Networks as their 5th employee and early engineer, before joining Amazon and ultimately rising to Distinguished Engineer. In 2020, I returned from Seattle back to my roots in Silicon Valley to join Scale AI as CTO.
In 2022, I founded Collaborative Robotics to accelerate the future of truly collaborative, trustworthy robots throughout society. I am passionate about driving change, technical career development, building diverse teams and cultures, and how to lead at scale with transparency and approachability.
