This poses a threat not only to the lives of drivers and passengers but also contributes to the overall burden through increased outflows in - healthcare, legal enforcement and assets repairs.

Security concerns further compound the challenges faced by commuters in public transport. Incidents of crime and harassment, particularly affecting women and children, have become a significant concern.

Video surveillance emerges as a potent tool to address these challenges effectively.
