Sivan Iram United States - Mountain View, California

Sivan is the co-founder and CEO of Capitola, the world's smartest digital marketplace for commercial risk. He has raised $20 million to date from some of the world's best venture capital firms, including Lightspeed Ventures. Currently leading a team of 20, he is responsible for setting the company's vision and mission, making strategic decisions, and ensuring that the company's sales targets are being met. Sivan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and has a background in Software Engineering.

Prior to founding Capitola, as Lenovo’s Head of North America Sales and Partnerships for the Commercial XR team, Sivan led Lenovo’s sales and partnerships efforts in North America. He led cross-functional teams to formulate, negotiate, and execute key partnership deals with strategic partners. Sivan identified key partners and enablers in the XR/AI/IoT space, including HW, SW, and services, and defined and developed their partnerships program.

Before Lenovo, Sivan served as the VP of Business Development at Lumus, a world-leading designer of transparent wearable displays for the augmented reality industry. As the VP of Business Development, he helped define Lumus' partnership strategy and worked closely with vendors, partners, and customers.
