Previously, I was VP, Business Development and Partnerships at Bill.com where I reported to the CFO after joining via the acquisition of Invoice2go for $625 million. At Invoice2go I led corporate development and partnerships as an executive reporting to the CEO. Previously, I was the Director of Commerce Strategy at Adobe, which included setting vision and strategy for the B2C and B2B commerce product portfolio, sales, business development, M&A and competitive differentiation. Projects included managing and setting product pricing, redefining solution partner sales strategy, the launch of Merchant Cash Advances (MCA's) through the partnership with Wayflyer, a shipping partnership with ShopRunner (owned by FedEx), and frequent speaking engagements at conferences across the US, Europe and Asia. Previously, I worked in technology investment banking at Union Square Advisors where I completed dozens of M&A transactions for leading software companies such as Salesforce, Magento Commerce (Adobe), SnapChat and Intuit. Before that, I worked in business development at Fidelity Investments and also led business operations as the Co-founder for Shopparel, a social shopping tech start-up.
