I am currently building Alaan with the mission to simplify finance for underserved businesses in the Middle East and help them prosper. We have started the journey by building Middle East's first multi-currency spend management platform to manage all company spend - corporate cards and invoice payments.

Throughout my life journey, I have worn many hats – a farmer, an electrical engineer, an investment banking technologist, a management consultant and now an entrepreneur. An unfailing curiosity to learn and hard work has helped me grow in each phase of my life.

Previously, I was a Transformation and M&A leader at McKinsey & Company, working with CEOs and leadership teams to execute on large-scale transformation and merger programs. I got broad experience serving companies across a range of industries including banking, aerospace and defense, pharmaceuticals, media broadcasting, building materials, petrochemicals and energy, among others, with geographical experience spanning US, UK, Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Italy, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Singapore.

I am a Singapore citizen. I graduated with an MBA from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a BE in Electrical Engineering from National University of Singapore with a full scholarship. Outside of work, am an avid skier and an adventure traveller.
