Manu is a tech investor with >12 years experience across the US, Europe, and Asia.

He has been on the board or invested in Opendoor (IPO), SoFI (IPO), Robinhood (IPO), Hippo (IPO), Airbnb (IPO), Maker Studios (M&A), Pipe, Forward Health, Figure Tech, Taulia, Aetion Health, Builder.ai, Even Health, Casafari, Omio, as well as others earlier stage companies.

He is also on the Investment Committee for British Patient Capital (UK Govt) and the Board of Blue Horizon, which aims to remove animal proteins from food.

Previously, he was a founding member and ex-Partner of Lakestar, raising $1.4 bn in 6 years to become one of Europe’s largest tech venture funds. Prior, he was an Executive Director and Head of European Internet coverage at Goldman Sachs, living across London and San Francisco, as well as a Product Manager at Oracle and coder at Sun Microsystems.

Manu graduated with honors in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science (EECS) from UC Berkeley and has an MBA from the University of Chicago. He has lived in San Francisco, Chicago, New York, Zurich and London.
