I started my career with IBM as a software developer. The time that I spent there certainly helped me gain skills and confidence.

But at one point, I just couldn’t ignore the entrepreneur calling.

I decided to take a leap, and started my first IT Services venture known as “Radix Business Solution”. I quickly realized that an entrepreneur needs to act like a swiss knife; he needs to have multiple skills to solve the wide range of problems across the organization.

In this phase, I started thinking deeply about the topic of “skills”. I realized that measuring skills is becoming more and more crucial for Talent Acquisition, Project Team Allocation, Workforce’s learning, and development and other areas.

Skills transformation started catching-up more and more pace in this digital world.

One day, while sipping a White Mocha, an idea hit me.

An idea which looked like a mission… of creating “a job-fit world”. A seed of creating a product which quantifies skills started sprouting.

I chose to exit my IT Services venture and Interview Mocha was born.

Interview Mocha - a skill assessment solution, which enables the Talent Acquisition team to quantify skills and assess job fit candidates faster.

With a happy and dedicated team around, Interview Mocha became the most comprehensive skill assessment solution.

The passion of ‘adding value’ drives me. Having a purpose every day really drives me. It is something that wakes me up every morning.

In the office, you will find me working, brainstorming, laughing and sometimes even dancing… but shhh!
