Highly effective operating executive and strategist. I've co-founded three firms. The current (third) one, ezCater, is a three-sided marketplace with very high satisfaction and retention stats on all sides, very high employee satisfaction, and a string of very fast growth years starting in 2012, interrupted by COVID, and getting back to great growth in late 2020 and beyond.
My first co-founder scenario was a nice success, and sold for 14X. My second company hit a wall, but we managed to build a well-oiled machine that one-third of the target audience was using before we died for lack of funding.
