I am an academic intrapreneur with over 20 years experience of unleashing the significant virtuous opportunities of driving Research, Innovation, Policy and Education (RIPE) initiatives to enable Technology and Sustainability impacts regionally and globally. Responsible the the development and leadership of well over 30, £1mn+ triple helix project partnerships, working across 5 continents delivering long term outcomes for stakeholders.
Specifically, founder and former Executive Director of ECCI (Edinburgh Centre for Carbon Innovation). Co-Founder and Dean (UoE) of China's first Low Carbon College, two of the most influential and impactful sustainability initiatives regionally and Globally.

On leaving UoE in February 21, a senior colleague, summarised;
