The first experience I had in software development was as a cofounder of VEG-E Systems, one of the first VC-backed indoor vertical hydroponic farms in the US that used automated systems to dose nutrients and track plants from seed to sale. Following this, I founded an outdoor and wildlife-focused startup where I created a computer vision solution to detect and pattern big game animals.

My experience as an entrepreneur and constant desire to build tech to solve real-world issues led me to become the CTO of ZeroEyes, an AI weapons detection platform that proactively identifies guns before any shots are fired. Rather than scraping images and videos over the web, we've spent thousands of hours curating our datasets and refining our machine learning algorithms to positively detect guns in public venues and notify security personnel and local first responders. The time taken from detection to notification is as little as 3 to 5 seconds, to help close the crucial seconds needed to stop violent threats and save lives.

WHAT WE DO:
✔️ ZeroEyes is an AI weapons detection platform that identifies visible guns at first sight.
✔️ Our software uses AI and computer vision, integrating with existing IP security cameras and 3D satellite maps of a building so that as a visible weapon passes a camera, the map lights up. This allows first responders to know the precise location of a threat, and ensures we play one key component of our customers’ overall security process.
✔️ We want to see an end to mass shootings in America. Our vision is to be installed across schools, commercial buildings and defense sites across the country, closing the critical seconds between when a gun is spotted to when it is fired, to save lives.
