atrina Cokeng is the Co-Founder and CEO of Xen, a first-of-its-kind wealth management platform enabling affluent investors access to alternative investments to achieve active returns.

As the Co-Founder and CEO of Xen, Katrina spearheads the strategic direction of the business and oversees products, partnerships, business development, marketing, investor relations, client servicing, and fundraising. Together with the COO, Katrina manages an expert team of technologists and creatives based in Singapore, with comprehensive experience in fintech, blockchain, and traditional finance.

Katrina brings to Xen over 15 years of global experience in strategy, investment banking and private equity from companies such as McKinsey and Co., Merrill Lynch and Pomona Capital, where she managed a USD150 million private equity fund of funds.

Prior to Xen, Katrina co-founded and scaled Oriente, a digital lending company delivering affordable credit solutions to underserved consumers in Southeast Asia. Katrina forged strategic alliances with leading Southeast Asian conglomerates and built a team of over 500 employees in seven offices. Oriente is considered a leading digital finance platform in Southeast Asia. Today Oriente has almost 1000 employees with applications in the Philippines (Cashalo), Indonesia (Finmas), and Vietnam (Finizi).

Katrina combines her background in traditional fund of funds and private equity with her experience in building and scaling a multi-country fintech platform using biometric and big data-based KYC and credit scoring, to build a blockchain-enabled wealth management platform.

Katrina holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is also the Vice Chair of the Fintech Alliance of the Philippines, the official fintech association of the Philippines recognized by the Central Bank.
