I helped found Wisq because a lack of social connection is one of the biggest challenges facing organizations around the world right now, and it’s preventing people from being fulfilled and happy at work. I am excited about Wisq's mission to help people be happy together at work and thrilled that we get to help people connect, build relationships, and feel a sense of belonging in the workplace.

My background as CEO and co-founder of Glint, the leading employee engagement platform, offered me an understanding of how vital connection and belonging are. From 2004 to 2017, I was chairman and co-founder of Turn where I was CEO from 2004 until 2009. Before that, I was president of Overture Search, a division of Overture. I joined Overture via its acquisition of AltaVista, where I was CEO.
