Building WilsonAI - the AI paralegal for in-house legal workflows.

Originally an engineer by background, Gus won the Lefèvre scholarship in Engineering Science at Oxford University as well as spots in the entrepreneurship programs at Oxford's Said Business School and the National University of Singapore.

At university, Gus entered into a Clifford Chance essay competition who offered to sponsor him through law school. While studying, Gus obtained a distinction in commercial law at the same time as co-founding Auxilium Tuition, a tutoring agency which he and Mike grew to 40 tutors and 30 clients across the UK / China before exiting to a competitor.

Before qualifying as a private equity lawyer at Clifford Chance, Gus also worked in the product team at London based legal tech, H4. As a lawyer, Gus focussed on corporate M&A working on multi-billion dollar transactions for top private equity funds including Blackstone and Cinven. It was during this time that he gained experience in three in-house legal teams and experienced the pain points that WilsonAI is working to address today.
