I am an experienced business leader with extensive hands-on experience of multiple aspects of growing profitable businesses.

I excel at finding new and innovative ways of getting a job done, at a personal, team and company level. An experienced team builder, I combine clarity and focus on best outcomes with honesty and integrity, drawing on skills from within and outside the team.

- Worked with the founders of Webio to secure on of Ireland's largest seed funding round of €2.2mm.
- Worked with colleagues to establish VoiceSage as the UKs leading omni-channel customer contact provider
- At myTravelGuide I led the business from start-up to €15m turnover.

I’m passionate about Retail and Sales including effective Customer Communications, the Customer Journey and the Sales Process. Starting and growing myTravelGuide was valuable experience in online retail and this continued into both VoiceSage and Webio.

- I’ve overseen the creation of sales offices and online sales channels
- I’ve sped up customer on-boarding and reduced customer churn
- I’ve set up KPI monitoring and performance improvement systems

In a leadership role I have an ability to inspire and motivate people and teams, challenging, supporting and mentoring them to reach higher than they thought possible. I gain great satisfaction when I see people achieve their full potential.

In my financial role I have prime responsibility for financial planning and financial compliance with oversight of financial accounting. I’ve been heavily involved in acquisitions, mergers, fundraising and financial performance improvement, in particular in the area of SaaS financial metrics.
