Mr. Lawlor brings more than 35 years of experience across all aspects of real estate acquisitions, development, financing and management.

Prior to launching Waypoint, Mr. Lawlor founded Broadway Partners, a private, vertically integrated real estate investment management firm that acquired more than 28 million square feet of office properties throughout the U.S. He holds a B.A. from Bucknell University and an M.B.A. and M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
