‘Ego is success’ biggest enemy’

In February 2018, together with friends Roy Horev and Tal Morgenstern, we launched Vulcan Cyber, a SaaS provider that brings a unique approach to the cybersecurity world by bringing an entirely new approach to vulnerability management. Unlike typical TVM solutions, remediation orchestration navigates you through the entire journey, from detection to complete remediation, handing you the tools, technologies, processes and the remedies themselves. So instead of wasting time and endlessly managing vulnerabilities, actually eliminating them. We call it, Get Fix Done!

No doubt some of our success at Vulcan Cyber so-far can be attributed to the experience and training I gained during my years inside the elite intelligence unit of the Israel Defense Force.

I started my national service in the IDF straight from school in 2008, at age 18. In my five years of service, after starting off as a cyber-analyst, I rose to be a Cyber and Intelligence product manager, with more than 50 other soldiers under my command.

Upon discharge, I accepted the role of Sales and Business Development Director at Cyberbit, an Elbit company, and in this role personally contributed to upwards of $35M in pipeline sales. I then went on to the role of Director of Marketing, being responsible for establishing Cyberbit’s cyber demand generation team. As well as setting the scope of full go-to market strategy across four different product lines and more.
