VideoAmp is a software and data company creating a more sophisticated data-driven advertising ecosystem that redefines how media is valued, bought and sold.

The VideoAmp platform provides measurement and optimization tools that unify audiences across the disparate systems of traditional TV, streaming video and digital media. Unlocking new value for those currently operating within a siloed view of their audiences, VideoAmp creates efficiencies for the entire industry.

VideoAmp is transforming a 100-year old industry by powering a more effective three-way value exchange that results in advertisers increasing their return on investment, publishers increasing their revenues and improving the viewing experience for consumers.

I focus on finding the most effective way to do things, then work on making it efficient. I thrive in highly competitive environments and love pushing myself out of my comfort zone. I have an extreme personality and believe how you do one thing is how you do everything. I think obsessed is a word the lazy use to describe the dedicated.

I am a very curious person that wants to learn what makes everything tick. I probably use the word ROI more than anyone you know and am used to people telling me it’s not healthy. I think the key to exponential growth is how often you extract brutally raw and honest feedback about yourself from others. I think work/life balance is a fucking joke and instead believe in living a fulfilled and purposeful life with work/life integration.

I am heavily biased towards action and don't believe patience is a virtue. I am hyper effected by my environment, so I remove myself from people who are lazy, complain or give excuses. I believe respect is earned, not given. I am extremely inspired by high performers, regardless of the art or industry, and love learning from them. I believe you should over promise and over deliver in everything you do.

I grew up in Southern California and have been developing software my entire life. I dropped out of UCLA to not have school get in the way of my education. Today I am focusing all my time at VideoAmp to increase the value of advertising by redefining how media is valued, bought and sold.
