Gaurav is President of Fruit Capital LLC, developers of The Meadows - a 170-acre mixed-use master plan in Dallas.
Gaurav is President of Crown Partners LLC in US east coast that focuses on acquiring and managing income-generating multifamily units.
During his career in international real estate, Gaurav's core skills were Project Delivery, Procurement techniques, Commercial Management, Investment Analysis, Valuation, Project financing, Acquisitions, Joint venture strategy with stakeholders to finance, design, build and operate assets.
Gaurav led the delivery of major projects in the Middle East and maintained key clients, including the delivery of the world's largest indoor theme park - Warner Bros. Abu Dhabi, a 10million sq. ft. health care master plan, and the award-winning Yas Mall project.
