Stephanie is the Founder, Chair and CEO of Covercasa. Most recently she helped build the business model, UX and strategy to stand up Neptune Flood. As COO, she grew Neptune from pre-market startup to an established, rapidly growing insurtech in the national private flood market. Stephanie is an entrepreneurial, intellectually-agile executive with 25 years of accomplishments in market entry, distribution, product development, strategic partnerships, relationship marketing, underwriting, process optimization, CX, UX, branding and strategy for startup to Fortune 50 insurance companies. She launched her insurance career at AIG Europe, a global market leader generating nearly $50B in revenues. Stephanie is well known for being an innovative business leader who builds scalable revenue engines into the foundation of companies. Stephanie has a BS in Business and lives in the Tampa Bay area with her husband and 4 children.
