Over the course of his career, he has played a central role in advancing innovative treatments across central nervous system (CNS) disorders, oncology, respiratory care, and ophthalmology. Gary has cultivated deep relationships in the capital markets, underpinned by a consistent track record of raising capital and creating value for top-tier venture investors. He currently serves as CEO of Tavo Biotherapeutics, a company pioneering neuroinflammation therapies that address the root causes of vision-threatening eye diseases.

Previously, Gary was instrumental in scaling several high-impact healthcare companies, including Geneo (acquired by Lumenis), Equinox Ophthalmic, Breathe Technologies (acquired by Hillrom), and Ovation Pharmaceuticals (acquired by Lundbeck).
