Extensive experience in multiple industry sectors, including telecom, technology, financial services, and retail. Proven ability to establish and lead high performance organizations, leveraging experience, technology, an extensive cross-industry network, and capital investment.

For the past 20+ years, Tim has led various pre and post IPO companies for leading growth equity firms. He is also founder & CEO of IMG Venture Group a venture capital firm focused on identifying and building companies with disruptive technology. IMG Ventures currently has multiple portfolio companies with extraordinary growth trajectories and strong, experienced management teams.

During this time, Tim has transformed the trajectory of numerous companies. Tim served as Chief Operating Officer for Syniverse, a global Telecommunications and technology enterprise owned by The Carlyle Group. Prior to Syniverse, Tim served as Senior Vice President, Head of Engagement Practices, North America, at Ericsson for 5+ years, where he launched a new organization responsible for the development of new sales channels and customer services.

Tim has also served as C-level and other executive positions at technology companies including InComm, PRE Solutions, Daleen Technologies, Powertel and InterCel. Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Texas A&M University.
