As an award-winning healthcare executive, I bring 20+ years of experience transforming healthcare through strategic leadership, operational oversight, product strategy, P&L management, and data-driven analytics.

I was recently named CEO and co-founder of a startup company still in stealth mode but among the portfolio of 30+ companies owned by Redesign Health, a pioneer in powering innovation in healthcare. In my new executive role, I will be focused on catalyzing the transition to value-based care for health organizations nationwide by offering purpose-built tools and expertise to enable transparent, collaborative, and effective VBC program implementations.

I joined the Redesign Health family after serving as SVP of Performance Analytics & Quality at Cotiviti, leading solutions, and analytics company that is reshaping the economics of healthcare. In this role, I drove the vision and strategy for these high-growth verticals, delivering a robust solutions suite that creates transformational healthcare outcomes and client experiences.

My team and I have updated, refreshed, and delivered industry-leading, flagship analytics tools and AI solutions, including:

As more and more health systems shift from fee-for-service to value-based care as their delivery model, finding ways to prioritize patient health outcomes has never been more important. I’m passionate about paving the way for a smoother journey to VBC by allowing health plans to transition from simply reporting quality measures to driving the purchase, delivery, and utilization of higher-value healthcare.
