Josh is the Chief Executive Officer and is on the Board of Directors for Synergy Spine Solutions Inc, where he oversees all corporate and operational activities of Synergy. His background and prior experience includes more than 20 years experience in the leadership, development and commercialization of orthopedic and spine medical device technologies and companies. Prior companies include Stryker Endoscopy, Medicine Lodge / IMDS / CoorsTek Medical, and CyMedica Orthopedics. Josh is a driven, results-oriented business leader that focuses on innovative technologies that advance the standard of care for patients with orthopedic diseases and conditions. He holds more than 50 issued U.S. patents for medical devices and implants in the fields of orthopedic total joint replacement, sports medicine, extremities, and laparoscopic bariatric surgical fields in addition to orthopedic rehabilitation devices. Josh earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Arizona.
