I am the CEO and co-founder of Strive Health, the market leader for value-based kidney care. Strive serves over 73,000 patients across 30 states in partnership with more than 1,500 physicians, 630 of which are nephrology providers. Having raised over $220 million of capital from leading investors and now home to nearly 500 “Strivers,” Strive is transforming how kidney care is delivered in this country.

I’ve spent my career striving to improve the lives of underserved patient populations and driving value for patients, providers and payors alike. Prior to Strive, I was the CEO of NorthStar Anesthesia, an anesthesia management company that grew from $130 million to $500 million in revenue. I also spent 10 years in the kidney care industry at Gambro and DaVita, culminating in leading a $1 billion division of DaVita. I also served as COO of LaVie Care Centers, a $1 billion skilled nursing company, where I was part of the team that led the turnaround and sale of the company.

Co-founding Strive allowed me to blend my professional experiences and passion for helping patients. Serving on various boards provides me the opportunity to help other organizations achieve their goals. Presently, I’m on the boards of:

• Sunvera Group, a private-equity backed physicians practice management company dedicated to providing management and administrative solutions to ophthalmology practices and ambulatory surgery centers in the Great Lakes region
• Hotel Engine, a rapidly growing, founder-led, venture-backed technology company that is revolutionizing unmanaged travel by connecting businesses with lodging partners and drives savings and efficiency for both sides
• Crested Butte Land Trust, which protects and stewards open lands for vistas, recreation, wildlife and ranching in Gunnison County, Colorado

In my free time, I love to spend time in the outdoors with my wife and daughter, mountain biking, skiing and boating.
